IBI, in collaboration with the Houston Business Coalition on Health, will bring together Houston-area employers and their supplier partners for a half-day workshop focused on maximizing people, productivity and performance by moving beyond a cost focus. The workshop will be moderated by Dr. Chris Skisak, Executive Director of the HBCH, and will feature presentations from Chris McSwain, IBI President, Carole Mendoza, Executive Director of Global Benefits at Amgen, and Dr. Wayne Burton, former Global CMO at American Express, as well as a question-and-answer session. Topics to be covered include the keys to securing buy-in from senior leaders, moving beyond a focus on cost to a focus on value, the role of population health, and the productivity impact of chronic health conditions.
