Phil Lacy
As a member of Trion's absence, life and disability specialty practice, Phil brings 35+ years of experience in the absence, life and disability benefits field. As Trion's Absence & Productivity Practice Leader, Phil is responsible for assisting our most complex clients with absence and disability management, wellness and data analytic strategies and consulting solutions. He currently services as Chair of the Board of Directors of IBI and is past President of the Group Underwriters Association of America.
Kevin Mead
Kevin Mead is responsible for overseeing Novo Nordisk’s strategic employer/consultant/labor union business unit. He has worked within the managed healthcare industry for over 29 years and has held a variety of senior level positions in market access. Kevin has over 17 years of experience working with employers and influencers. Previous market access organizations have included, Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, Schering Plough, Novartis Pharmaceuticals & Allergan. Kevin has been an invited speaker with AMCP, World Health Congress, IMS, Zitter, Q1 Productions, IBI on various topics including, specialty pharmacy, market access contracting, Rx marketing, health and productivity, other. Kevin holds the current position of Chairman of the board for the Integrated Benefits Institute in SF, CA and is a member of the board of directors for the Center for Workforce Health and Productivity.
Kevin resides in Oregon & California with his wife Katherine. He has two daughters, Kelsey who lives and works in San Francisco and Siobhan, founder of BluPrint Solutions in Eugene, OR.

Andrew Yohe
Mr. Yohe oversees the operational, analytical, financial, and technology functions for WorkPartners. He has been with WorkPartners for 20 years and has played an integral role in the architecture and innovation of UPMC’s integrated health and productivity platform. It uses data and analytical models across many key benefit areas, including absence management, workers’ compensation, population health management, and employee assistance programs.
