SAN FRANCISCO – March 12, 2018 – At its 2018 Annual Forum, the non-profit Integrated Benefits Institute (IBI) announced the formation of an exclusive group of high-potential young professionals in the health benefits industry. IBInext has been created to identify and bring together the next generation of health benefit leaders.
“We’ve established IBInext to assemble the brightest and most talented young professionals across the benefit, wellbeing and health care space in efforts to drive innovation throughout our rapidly changing industry,” said Scott Daniels, Sr. Director of Disability, Comcast Corporation, and IBI Executive Team Board Member leading this initiative.
Participants will meet annually, interact with the IBI Board of Directors and have opportunities to present at IBI’s annual forum.
“To ensure that our collective work to improve health and productivity of US businesses continues long in to the future, we’re investing efforts now to identify the next generation of thought leaders to interface with IBI,” said Chris McSwain, IBI President. “IBInext participants have two things in common -- they embrace the importance of people, productivity and business performance, and they are under 40 years of age. We look forward to working with these up and coming leaders.”
To participate, individuals must be nominated or appointed by their employer. To learn more and apply to participate in IBInext, visit http://tools.ibiweb.org/ibinext/.
